it has clearly been way WAY too long since i've updated this ol' blog. can i play the working mom card on this one? life has been sort of nuts with adjusting to being back at work (during one of the craziest busiest times of year) and trying to figure out how to balance being a mom & being a worker bee.
in the meantime, we've been having lots of fun with our sweet bug, and she turned 7 months old today! she's been hitting lots of great milestones lately:
1. she has started eating some solid foods - we started with sweet potatoes, but we've also tried butternut squash, avocado, pears, apples, carrots, green beans, bananas and oatmeal.
2. she can crawl (yikes!)
3. she has a tooth!
4. she looked at aaron and said "dada" the other night (awww how sweet is that?!?!)
5. she just started pulling herself up in the crib today
our little lady is on the move & SO much fun. but she is much better at showing off all her great skills than i am...so, enjoy this sweet video we took on her 7-month-birthday eve.
*note* please ignore goofball mama in the background - i was trying to coax her into making my favorite smiley-snorty face, but she apparently wasn't in the mood to appease mama.
